An important milestone for A-P. 21st April, '08 - 10,000th image added!

It doesn't seem that long ago that Airplane-Pictures.net started up with a few 500pxl images from Edinburgh airport. What amazing changes have taken place on the site in the two years we have been in existence. We now have a fantastic group of photographers contributing amazing images from all over the world.

Martin Krupka deserves great praise for producing a website that is not like the other aviation databases but the main reason for our success is down to the photographers for embracing the "Think Different" philosophy of the site.

In it's short existence Airplane-Pictures has seen many improvements - there are no doubt many more still to come.

The 10,000th image was uploaded by Bluetail of an easyJet 737 at Inverness. At the time a new photographer and a fairly new location for the site.

The images uploaded either site of the 10,000th image were taken in Scotland and Thailand
