First visit for Kuwait Airways 747 at Manchester

Kuwait Airways Boeing 747-400 (9K-ADE) made a scheduled stop at Manchester International Airport this lunchtime.
Confirmed details of the reason for its passing through are sketchy but it looked like it was a Royal flight,probably making a fuel and catering stop on its way to the US.
