Pilots waving to "spotters" on the day (15NOV09) Aerolineas Argentinas said good bye to the B737-200 after very nearly 40 years service. This aircraft performed the last flight AEP-CTC-IRJ-AEP and landed at 07.37 p.m., just a coincidence and totally unintentional!

This aircraft is no longer with Virgin Atlantic, having been sold to Bolivian airline AeroSur this month (Nov. 2009). Hard to believe because she is a beautiful machine - I had the pleasure of flying her back in 2005 MCO-MAN.

Agreed. Great to see shots from the early 80s. This was when my Dad would take me through to PIK as a treat "to see the big planes"!

My favourite Air Canada livery - so much brighter than the last couple of colour schemes they've had. Seems like a lifetime ago when PIK had Transatlantic passenger schedules!
