I just saw this now: What´s the reason the Royal Navy only has 1 whell on each main gear
strut? The Royal Danish Air Force has 2 on eash. I would think that the weight was better
distributed on more wheels (-> less weight pr. wheel) - or what??

Nice light - for some reason that escapes all reasonable logic, the size of the
registrations on QF 38's are miniscule, case in point compare OQD's rego under the port
wing to say a QF 74, or even to another operators 38. Makes recognition almost impossible
without some aid like ACARS or ADSB for any QF 38 high flyers. We shall just have to keep
"squinting" until some "boffin" higher up the "bureaucracy chain" realises that
registrations are for ease of recognition...
