Colour loss at sRGB

All my images are edited and saved in sRGB. When uploading an image, AP even shows a checklist to check if you have done everything right. One of those checks says your image should be in coulour setting sRGB, and again, i allways do. Can somebody here tell me why i am still suffering from lots of colour loss, despite using the right settings?
