I have been looking around the net and noticed that this picture keeps showing up on my facebook.

Is this theft of the image or is the image and open to free source .

Hi Crossley, I think the photo was taken from elsewhere as it does not contain AP watermark.

That is my image and if you look closely, you can see my own watermark on it.

It was probably copied from my facebook wall... that's the problem with the internet and we'll just have to live with it.

As long as people dont try to resell it, submit it to contests etc or otherwise try to gain commercial value out of it, its a price Im willing to pay.

	Glad your ok with it i can see the faint watermark in the middle of the pic just keeping my eyes open. All the best JPC great pic :-)
