In what section must I put the photo?

I used no PS to get this effect on the photo, please, advice me the section(Main database or Graphics) to upload.

And I'll be glad to see your opinion on the photo and also my chanses to pass through the screening!

Hi Dmytro,

the photo would belong to the main database, it is a standard long exposure shot. Regarding the technical quality, the sharpness is poor - the wing is blurred.
