Cool shot! Such an interesting area! For day shots, the screeners usually want to see highlight, midtown and shadow information. For this shot, I might boost the shadows and highlights a little bit. It'll also make the photo really pop! Im sure it'll get accepted, its a great shot!

Shot is interesting.IMHO correct way is to rework image. I only move slider in PS ,Image, Adjustment,Levels . Left to 15, right to 220 and center to 1.08 and it looks like this.

A great shot. I think it is a little too dark. And there is some serious vignetting. It should (easily) be corrected in PS.
