it is called "Low Key". There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube.

Im find, but only portret picture. I need to aviation photos editing with this effect.

How about adapting the knowledge taken from "portrait pictures" tutorials to your aviation photos? Maybe there is a tutorial, I don't know, but still - don't expect that there will be a tutorial for everything you'd want.

I agree with Kuba. These videos show you the basic technique how to do it in general and you just have to play around a bit. Actually, it's very different for every picture.

Just try to be CREATIVE, that's the reason why should normally be here^^
