Sigma 120-300mm f 2.8 would be epic or if you need more zoom then you could choose sigma 150-600mm

Tamron 70-300 LD Di. Very nice, I use it.

Or Tamron SP 70-300 VC USD, with imagie stabilizer, this lens quality approach to Canon L series.

If you need more zoom, Tamron SP 150-600

Why not to recommend Camera With Digital Lens? Example: Canon SX... (PowerShot) Series

Because he already owns a DSLR (a Nikon D5200 like he said in the first post), so going back to a superzoom compact camera would be a huge step backwards. Simple as that. Of course, you get versality in terms of zoom with such camera (I own a Panasonic FZ72 myself, so I know how useful it is) BUT, these cameras have a very poor image quality compared to a DSLR.
