Unconfirmed reports suggest that a Red Arrows pilot has been seriously injured after an incident at RAF Scampton.

It is reported that an ejector seat malfunctioned on the ground and that the parachute then failed to open. The RAF confirm an incident occured but will not reveal details at this time.
