It's done by a combination of skill, experience, a steady hand, the right camera settings - and rattling of a load a shots in the hope that at least one is OK!

I've flown on this type. Porter Airlines out of Toronto. Very pleasant aircraft to fly in and the service was fantastic. You have a good eye for composition, Tony. You've made an already beautiful airplane even more so. Cheers!
