i think this is an A320..since it has two overwing exits..A319 only have one.^^

It is an A319. Some of them have 2 overwing exits. Check for example easyJet fleet.

This is an A319.. Cebu Pacific's fleet of A319 have 2 overwing exists because of its large seating capacity configuration of its fleet of A319's.. And Cebu Pacific registration of aircrafts follow a pattern and basing it from the model of aircraft e.g. A320 = RP-C3240, 3241 etc.. A319 = RP-C3190, 3191.. =)

It is 319. Mind the proportions, 320 is longer.
