A single image split into three different exposures and combined into a single HDR image to the the best out of the cloudscape, the glider and the ground.

very nice picture, why did you use HDR for BW and not for RGB?

I was dissatisfied with the colour rendition of the sRGB version, so low contrast colour images often produce good monochromes hence the High Dynamic Range conversion besides I like working with monochrome. My intention was to capture the cloudscape on the canopy and in the background and get a picture of the aircraft as well. That is where HDR photography comes in.
