The bay which we are restoring :) We are airside and next to the runway on a very busy
general aviation airfield and also base to the BAC Strikemaster, Foland Gnat Display Team,
Aerostar Display Team, Vampire, P51 Mustang, Hurrincane, Kittyhawk, Two DC7 which were
going to be in a film and once the film had finished being made they were abandoned at
north weald. Also the BAttle Of Britain airrfield scenes were filmed here and the blowing
up of the old hangers to make room for the old ones. This airfield was alo used in WW2
Housing lots of spitfires :)
