A freighter Boeing 747-400F plane, registration HL7604 (shown in the pictures below), operated by Asiana Airlines has crashed off Jeju-do (Jeju Island) in South Korea early on July 28.
The Boeing 747-400 aircraft was carrying two crew members and 58 tons of cargo to Shanghai from South Korea’s Incheon International Airport near Seoul before problems with the controls. The crew reported the cargo in the hold had caught fire and they needed to divert to Jeju Airport and then the aircraft disappeared from radar.
