The last Martinair passenger flight (Boeing 767-300ER aircraft registration PH-MCL) took off from runway 22 at Amsterdam Schiphol today. Martinair organized a special farewell flight with the airline founder Martin Schroder on board. For this occasion the aircraft obtained a special "Bedankt" and "Thank You" titles.
After 2 hours overflying the Netherlands "MPH2011" made a low pass over runway 22 at Schiphol and finally landed on runway 27. The aircraft then received a farewell water salute at Schiphol-East.
