Blue Islands ATR 72 Undercarriage collapses

While taxiing to its stand after a flight from Guernsey a Blue Islands ATR 72 (G-DRFC) suffered a failure of its undercarriage. This resulted in the runway at Jersey airport being closed for more than seven hours.
All passengers and crew were evacuated in less than a minute and there are no reports of injuries.
