Lufthansa A380 welcome

Leipzig Schkeuditz (LEJ/EDDP), Germany, June 1st 2010 - that was what we could call a special day for aviation enthusiasts, fans, photographers and many local people in the Leipzig Schkeuditz airport perimeter. Lufthansa planned here a whole day of training for their A380 crew, and the plane was getting a lot of attention throughout the day - there were hundreds of people watching the training, all around the airport. If only the weather would be more pleasant (rain, low clouds, wind, cold). Nevertheless, as this was a really special event, we decided to publish few photos from the occasion, despite the poor weather conditions.

The training started a day earlier, in Karlsruhe, the D-AIMA A380 visited also other airports (Dresden, Munich, Vienna, Düsseldorf, Berlin, ...) in the following days. Thanks to our contributors we can provide you with some photos from the training days.
