An Azerbaijan Airlines Airbus A319 sustained substantial damage when the gear collapsed in a runway excursion accident at Atatürk International Airport (IST/LTBA), Istanbul.
The accident happened when flight J2075, from Baku, landed on runway 05/23.
All occupants (8 crewmembers and 119 passengers) escaped unhurt.
The aircraft appears to have suffered the loss of its nose-gear in the event. It came to rest near a boundary fence, with its forward fuselage in contact with the ground and suffered sustantial damage to the underneath of the fuselage
The aircraft involved was 4K-AZ04
