Great picture! Is this the normal cruise speed of the b738 because the speed is close to the red lines?

Thank you! We can vary the speed, but this is indeed the normal cruise speed for the 737. Speed is generaly pretty stable during cruise so the red band is no problem. And of course; too slow and we'd have another problem as well ;)

By considering the normal speed for landing being around 150 knots , isnt 250 knots too slow for being at 38000 feet ?!

The '250' kts is an indicated airspeed, relative airspeed of air-mass over the wing considering the low density of the air at that altitude. The true airspeed (speed of aircraft relative to still air) is around 450kts (870km h) and thus much faster then the indicated airspeed.
