On November 18, 2011 a DC-7B operated by Eastern Air Lines was enroute back to Opa Locka, Florida. The number 3 engine had failed and smoke was coming out of the engine. All crew members and passengers made a safe landing back at Charlotte, North Carolina.

I was on that flight. It was a routine landing after no. 3 engine failed on takeoff.
Captain Sully and Jeff Skiles were NOT on the flight, they were on the flight from Opa
Locka to Charlotte, but not the return. The pilot was Frank Moss.
