Some of you might already have seen this photo on A.net, but I found it interesting enough to post it here too.
We just flew through a supercooled cloud (colder then 0'C) and all the waterdroplets that touched the airplane freeze immediately on the airframe. The wings and tail are provided with anti-ice equipment which remove the ice inflight and the windows are heated to melt possible ice, as you can see here. The setting sun over the Northsea is an extra bonus!

Haha no worries, both windows are de-iced but since there is a slight inclination of the
windows its an optical illusion that only one window is clear of ice.
Fortunally we
dont need to have any vision at all with those state-of-the-art instruments but indeed...
its much nicer to have a good clear window in front of you ;-)
