Hello guys!!
I'm going to Amsterdam on January 28 and I would like to know some good spotting points for nice shots, specially the ones with the view bellow:

Last time I went to AMS I only visited the point close to runway 06.
Thank you in advance for your help!!
Best Regards. |

Be advised that it isn't allowed (anymore) to go the the east side of the IJweg by car/park you car there. For more information see: http://www.scramble.nl/airfield-guide/schiphol or forum.scramble.nl spotting Netherlands-->Amsterdam - Schiphol. The latter one for daily updates.

Phaer keep in mind that the spot of the second photo is now on the road. Before it was a bicycle bridge that was converted to a motorway exit bridge. Right now at that location, from which i took several photos, you have traffic lights and a busy road. You still might be able to get there but there is no parking in the vicinities AFAIK. I used to walk there using the access road to the construction field. This post has been edited by ilpavone2004 on 15th February 2014 - 22:42 |

Thanks for the tips ilpavone2004! I could go there yesterday, and the runway which was in use it was the 27, mainly. Got some pictures there, but maybe not acceptable here at a-p. Incredible airport, anyway. Just mindblowing! |
