If it is, please point out which parts of the image are blurred.

Im not a screener, but the helicopter seems to be a tiny bit unsharp and contains some noise

Also there is a huge amount of chromatic aberration on the tail. Blue/Magenta on the left side, Yellow/Green on the right side. This might be fixable in Photoshop.

Wow just noticed it's a Sikder Group (big time private medical business in Bangladesh) helicopter. When and where was this taken Caspion? I do hope you resolve the editing issues and get this published. The composition is superb!

Definitely not completely in focus. Would love to see the exif settings. JPC is correct in that the tail shows purple fringing.

I would love to see the raw file and figure out whether it's worth editing or not. Send the file to sanordheim@gmail.com and I'll have a go at it.
