It is said dust spot, I think the spot is when the issue where it has been denied?

It is not visible in your environment, do you see everyone?

Hi!

I see it right in the letter "R" a small black dot, you can fix with the clone stamp tool in Photoshop, another tip is to open the image, Go to Image>Equalize and it will show you the spots.
