lacks contrast and banding in the sky

this was rejected for banding in the sky and lacks contrast the morning i took this it was foggy and sunny, can anybody see banding in the sky

Unfortunately there is banding on the left, plus lots of digital noise. Indeed lacks contrast and above all it is very very soft so even dehaze can not fix it. Here is your pic in equalize mode as screeners see it so judge for yourself. Attached photos:  |

they never said nothing about noise just contrast and banding |

It's visible, but it can be fixed if know how. But sharpness of the main object in your case seems to be unfixable. |
