Digital noise again

Hi,

I've submited this picture last week,and It was rejected because of the noise.I follow screeners advice,and I think that now it look better . Do you think it need more editing or is it worth and upload now ?

Thanks for the answer,I just send you the original file.Unfortunatly I was still shoting in JPG a this time.Picture was taken with a Canon 1100D,1/2s,f/4.0 24 mm ISO 400.

	For me, shot through glass and JPEG, this is a lovely aircraft, but the shot isn't saveable?!

	Always shoot in RAW. There is still some noise in the sky and some bandings right over the lights.
