You could try to remove it by using, dfine2 which is part of the nik software,which you can download for free :)

You might get a main object not sharp reply, but i'm not 100% sure. Maybe other members can help you more :) |

Do not apply Nick to the entire image; select the sky (the zone from which the noise should be removed) and then apply Nick dfine. This way noise removal will not affect the main object (.i.e. the plane). |
