Yes, it is working.
I think the issue with this one (but it is simply my opinion) is that the picture has been taken with the sun on the right side or if you prefer in front of the plane front side, the result being that the main part of the plane is not lit if you see what I mean. It could be the reason why the screeners decided to reject the picture. |

Improperly lit usually means backlit in this website. As Santi said, and having seen thousands of similar backlight pictures in the database, it shoudn't be an impediment to accept the picture, but as always, it all depends on the screener's judgement. Having said that, I wouldn't have rejected your picture using that reason, I would have done it because it is oversharpened, you can see jagged edges almost in every edge, and besides the jaggies, there is a big black focusing halo all along the upper side of the airplane. Try to find another way to sharpen the picture to avoid that, or try a smaller size so you will need less sharpening.
