I have rejected this photo by Incorrect exposure - too dark, I do not understand well what it means too dark I do not see it dark, some can explain how to solo it

I think, it is a correct photo, you can appeal for it.

Imho photo is too dark. Changing central value in Levels from 1,00 to roughly 1,15 should help.
