I have rejected 2 photos with one of the reasons- FLAT. What does it mean?? Attached photos: |

I think it means the photo lacks contrast. |

If it lacks contrast, it means it shold be overprocessed. The landscape of St Maarten lacks contrast :o)

It is somehow flat as the aircraft does not really stand out of the background. Try a bit more contrast and sharpness and it might worth it to use "Clarity" (if you use Lightroom) and see how your photo looks. |

all colors in the background are gone, try to add more saturation on the hill by selecting it with your pencil in lightroom. then add saturation so that has more color. I think contrast won't make it work, since the colors are the problem. |

How can I add collors to the hill if when taking picture there was no sun. The hill was in shade of cloud. The only piece with sun and color is small part visible on the upper right corner. It will look unnaturall. |

Wojciech, A few seconds work resulted in this photo edit. That would not be a finished edit for me but I did this just now to show you the color range your photo has. Bring it to life in other words. Keep working on it. :-) Attached photos: |
