I'm not angry at the people at airplane-pictures, but i'm curious how long does it take for my photo to be out of the appeal queue?

greetings from holland

Honestly, when I see the posts like this one, when you say you are waiting 9,11,14,15 days or even more for the appeal, I'm bit surprised why don't you just accept the fact of the rejection and upload the picture once again (obviously with the changes the screeners suggest when they are rejecting pictures). Seriously, if anyone could explain me the reason for that other than keeping the good stats for Full Membership I'd be grateful ;)

The whole thing would still take you less time than waiting so long for the appeal, that may not be positive for you. The normal screening queue takes 4-5 days in the worst case anyway :D

Hi guys,

yes the appeals queue has kinda run away from us and for that I apologise. We've been a couple of screeners down for the past few weeks due to work and family commitments and the rest are concentrating on keeping the main queue as short as possible.

Hopefully we can resume normal service soon.

Many thanks for your patience.

Hi Kuba,

of course I do understand your opinion. But normally appealing a picture is faster and we do have our reasons. Anyway, let us keep on taking great pictures!

And to Micheal,

thank you for your fast answer. I really appreciate your help.

Kind regards

Vincent
