Heat haze and oversharpened wich combined give a "dirty" feeling.

Need a small clockwise rotation.

I agree with Valentin. It's a bit oversharpened and the heat haze is visible.

I would also say the framing isn't good (a little too much space in front of the nose) and it's also slightly soft.

Are you taking pictures through the terminal windows?

Anyway I strongly recommend you to try learning as much as you can from the screeners' tips rather than only question their judgment.

To those who offered constructive criticism, many thanks.

I am struggling with digital noise. Most of my rejection are noise which is hard for me to see, probably because I am using Canon Photo Professional 4 and Adobe Elements 15.

Have you tried Dfine2 from NikCollection? It's free but I don't know if it is compatible with Elements. You have to try. Is there no built-in denoise feature in Elements?
