Any good for site?

Would these be allowed into the database?

I am still improving as a photographer and still at the stage where I am not sure whether a photo will be accepted and do not want to waste peoples time.

The austrian seems fine to me. I'd say you try that one.

However the easyjet has a slighly soft nose but I'd say you try that one too maybe it's tolerable for the site.

All in all they're both pretty good shots.

How can I be sure not to over-sharpen? I guess what I am asking is what do I look for? I usually check for halos and maybe a white outline around the object by equalising the image in photoshop.

Any pointers would be appricated!

If you permit, imho, in the Austrian picture, I see two strange white balls near the aircraft nose. In the Easyjet I think the orange color is too strong which makes some details at the engine cover and tail just disappear.

You can see some aliasing on details, for me it's the first evidence which outlines over sharpening.
