Is this image really not sharp ?

Yes that picture is not the sharpest.

If you look at the registration you can see that it's quite blurry.

Try sharpening it more or use a little faster shutter next time.

OK, but on a crop 300x200 from original 20Mp file, doesn't seem to have much blur from movement or focus or anything else... ?

Hi Philippe,

Try to sharpen in 1:1 ratio, not with a zoomed in perspectiive like 300x200px. Hope it helps!
