Blurry?!

So I recently had this first flight photo rejected only for being blurry. I see no blur and there is no blur on the 787 at 100% in the original. Yes, the A-4 is blurry, but thats not the main object in the photo. Do any of you see blur and if so where? Attached photos:  |

Maybe if you edit the photo at 1600 pixels and you use the sharpener of photoshop it can be added to the database.

I don't see how editing at 1600px would improve the supposed blur? |
