For me it will not be rejected, because there is another plane appart the subjet. |

Sky shots are accepted or rejected at the screener's discretion and this will vary from one screener to the next! However, a side on shot of an aircraft against a plain blue sky taken at your local airport will usually be rejected straight away.
On the other hand, sky shots taken at air shows or events should be accepted as long as they meet the quality criteria. Your shot looks like it was taken at some sort of event or air show so should be acceptable as long as the quality is good.
