Dust spot/speck visible

This photo was rejected for dust spots. I really can't find dust spots. Can this photo be appealed?

I dont' understand what happened but the attachement did not work (and I am still unable to attach anything).

The first one is in line 2 column 19

The second one on line 4 column 12.
