JPG Compression

Is there anyway that I could eliminate JPG compression in this photo. I have no clue where to look for JPG compression or how to fix it.

The screeners should have told you where the JPEG Compression was, however there is some banding evident in the sky above the horizon it is probably this they are referring to.

The problem occurs when you try to squeeze too much into a small picture, so go for a larger physical image size in both dimensions, you can go up as far as 1600 pixels and as far as 1.5MB.

May I also suggest that you improve the exposure by adjusting the white triangle in PS Levels to the left to somewhere like 230 and adjust the middle slider to something like 1.3 to improve the overall exposure. You can do better work if you shot it in RAW.
