This old F-94C Starfire has 24 unguided rockets in the nose as her air to air armament. The yellow doors open and out come the rockets. They also had 24 round rocket pods on each wing tip I believe. Interesting jet.

Thanks Ricardo. I have never seen this exact setup before either. Much more streamlined then rocket pods. Being in the nose, aiming should have been much easier and more intuitive for the pilots but you probably had to be danger close to ensure a hit.
