Author's remark: Hard to believe I get paid to fly this amazing turboprop and experience the views that come with it!I'll never forget the view on approach that night... The faint sunset glow off the horizon coupled with northern lights to my right and in-line with the runway. Our final leg of the day (YBK-YEK) was scheduled as a daytime flight, though unforseen circumstances caused my Captain and I to wait 5hrs inside the Baker Lake Airport. We realized that evening that our patience paid off as we wouldn't have seen this display of nature had we been on schedule...
