N3200 was first delivered in 1939 at RAF Little Rissington and then at RAF Duxford Squadron 19 in 1940. On the 26th of May 1940 she took-off on operation Dyanamo and was shot-down in combat and forced landed on the beach at Dunkirk Sq/Ldr Stephenson was captured and taken prisoner of war. In the 1986 the Spitfire was recovered from the beach at Sangatte France and eventually restored. Seen here Checking under the hood at EGKA.
