Delivered 18/02/1966, it ended its service career at Lossiemouth as a ground instructional airframe with the maintenance number 9134M.
A large blue cross was painted on the side when it was declared surplus, traces of which you can see at the bottom of the roundel. Also visible is the crudely painted message that the "Fuel tanks filled with water" (Canon G10)
