Setouchi Seaplanes, Japan's first seaplane airline in half a century, celebrated its 1st anniversary in 2017 with this shining red special livery, which imitates the red fighter seaplane in Studio Ghibli's 1992 anime film "Porco Rosso". A legendary animator from the studio, Hayao Miyazaki actually supervised the design of this livery. The airline also held 1st anniversary event including this special up-close spotting time here at their home base.
