A very sad sight, with nearly all parts removed that are any good for spares. Nearing the final cut up.

Poignant picture as I flew on this one several times. Always did the job without any fuss.

I flew as Captain on this aircraft all over the Far East and Middle East while based in Brunei between 1994-97. What happened that it finished its service life so early ? Incident or just retired ? firstname.lastname@example.org

Just retired I'm afraid. You would not believe some of the aircraft that have been scrapped at Kemble with such a short working life.

I worked as a flight attendent with Myanmar Airways International and V8-RBA was the aircraft that MAI first started off with. The year was 1993. Very sad to see this picture.

V8-RBA was 1 of 3, 757 RBA use to operate. I first flew this baby on the 11-3-1992, Brunei to Manila. Good aircraft, lots of good memories. Sad to see it retiring so soon. RIP!

So sad... I was the trainee Inspector see it being assembled in the Boeing Renton plant in 1986.
