Appears to be undergoing a wheel change. You can see that it is jacked up as the torch light is shining under the wheel. The engineers right hand is a blur as he tightens the nuts using a torque wrench.

I remember watching 737 wheel changed in the Globespan days. I was quite surprised by the
size of the jack and also the minimal effort to jack a 80 tonne aeroplane! We were able to
load the aircraft whilst the work was being done.
