Main object is improperly lit

Could someone advise what they mean with ''Main object is improperly lit'' because in my eyes this is AP worthy,, but correct me if i'm wrong.

very nice shot,

I'm guessing it would have been there to get the cockpit lit, as the pilot waving is the important thing in this shot, but i also like the fact that the company logo is put into value

I did lift the shadow's slightly do you think it's ok like this ?
