Oversharpened .Main object blurred.

This one got rejected due to oversharpenening and main object blurred. I found oversharpening at the wings and titles. Anybody sees more? Can a blurred main object been caused by oversharpening? Thanks in advance for help?

I'm not a screener but I see the tail and the nose blurred, also the china southern cargo is a little bit blurred, it's just an opinion hope you help to you :)
