Hi Cesare,
If you are using Photoshop, you can get the NIK collection package as an add on, it will contain DFINE2.0 which works great. you can also use the Lightroom embedded noise reduction, not the best, but it works for small reductions |

i am using Ninja in PS CS4 ( plug inn). One of main advantages that you can use it localy ( mainly on big monotone areas) |

Hi, Cesare, I use Dfine and I had no more problems with noise.

I find careful use of the built in capabilities of Adobe Camera Raw works well, even on Jpeg's and it's free with PhotoShop. |
